Email Addresses
We retain email addresses that are provided by customers when they place an order, and these emails are used only for correspondence related to that order. We also retain email addresses from customer inquiries that are emailed to us, and these are used only to respond to the inquiry. We do not participate in email solicitation, and therefore do not collect emails from third parties.

Under no circumstances will Fairway Girl sell, share or otherwise provide email information to any other company or organization.

Personal Information
We retain customer information related to transactions including transaction details (date and time of purchase, items purchased, etc) and contact information (name, mailing address, etc). Any telephone numbers provided by customers will be used only to contact customer with information related to an order. Any credit card information provided by customers will be retained only so that the card can be credited in the event of a return, and the credit card information will be deleted from our records once the time window for returning an order has expired.

Customers may on occasion receive mailings (not email) informing them of new product offerings. If you are a customer and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email requesting to be removed to info@fairwaygirl.com or call our Customer Service Department.
